💓 Scheduling 💓

All calls will be scheduled by Ruby Chase or the team and communicated through google calendar, zoom and/or group message.

 

💓 Payments + Refunds 💓

Client is responsible for full payment of fees for the entire Program, regardless of whether the client completes the Program. If the client is unable to use the sessions for any reason, the client understands that fees are non-refundable.
 

💓 Disclaimers 💓

The client understands that the role of Ruby Chase, the coach is not to prescribe or assess nutrition, provide health care, therapy services or to diagnose, treat or cure any disease or condition, including physical/mental ailment of the body. 

 

The Coach is a mentor and guide who is a full time artist, dj and recording artist with over 20 years of experience.  She brings her expertise in the areas of singing, vocal expression, songwriting, collaborative negotiations, music business, distribution and marketing. 

 

The client understands that the coach is not a Doctor, financial advisor, psychologist, or any other licensed or registered professional, and that any guidance given by the coach is not meant to take the place of advice by these professionals. 

 

💓 Personal Responsibility and Release of Health Care Related Claims 💓

The client acknowledges that the client takes full responsibility for the client’s life and well-being, as well as the lives and well-being of the client’s family and children, and all decisions made during and after this program. The client releases the coach from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, which the client ever had, now has or will have in the future against the coaches, arising from the client’s past or future participation in, or otherwise with respect to, the program, unless arising from the gross negligence of the coaches. 

 

💓 Confidentiality 💓

The coach will keep the client’s information private and will not share the client’s information to any third party unless compelled to by law. Information is kept confidential within the company of Ruby Chase.

 

💓 Non-disclosure of Materials 💓

Material given to client in the program is proprietary, copyrighted and developed specifically by the coach. Client agrees that such proprietary material is solely for client’s own personal use. Any disclosure to a third party is strictly prohibited. 

 

💓 Intellectual Property 💓

The coach’s program is copyrighted and the original materials that have been provided to client are for client’s individual use only and a single-user license. Client is not authorized to use any of the coach’s intellectual property for client’s business purposes. All intellectual property, including the coach’s copyrighted program and/or course materials, shall remain the sole property of the coach. No license to sell or distribute the coach’s materials is granted or implied. 

 

💓 Client Responsibility 💓

Client accepts and agrees that client is fully responsible for their progress and results from the program. The coach will help and guide the client, however, participation is the one vital element to the program’s success that relies solely on the client. The coach makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees verbally or in writing regarding client’s performance. Client understands that because of the nature of the program and extent, the results experienced by each client may significantly vary. 

 

💓 Modification 💓

This agreement constitutes and contains the entire agreement between the parties with respect to its subject matter, supersedes all previous discussions, negotiations, proposals, agreements and understandings between them relating to such subject matter. 

 

The following agreement outlines our commitment to working together for the duration of the program (Oct 25th 2022- Jan 31st 2023)

If the terms of this agreement are acceptable, please agree to them in the form to enter the Cocoon.. By doing so, the client acknowledges that 1. he/she has read the terms. 2. he/she has an opportunity to discuss the contents with the coach and 3. The client understands, accepts and agrees to abide by the terms hereof.
